These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Gluox ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the gluox.com website (the "Website") and the Gluox mobile application on Google Play (the "App"), including all content, stock media assets, services, and subscription features provided therein.

By accessing, registering for, or using our Website or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our services and uninstall the App.

1. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account, purchase subscriptions, or enter into this agreement.

  • Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

  • Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

  • Single-User Access: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or lease your account credentials to third parties unless operating under an authorized multi-seat enterprise agreement.

2. Platform Services and License Structure

Gluox operates an online digital platform enabling users to browse, search, and download stock photos and stock videos via desktop web browsers and our Android mobile application.

  • Asset Licensing: Downloading an asset grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license as defined in our Download & Licensing Policy. You do not acquire ownership or proprietary copyright to any digital assets on Gluox.

  • Governing Policies: Your usage of downloaded assets, subscriptions, and personal data is further governed by our Privacy Policy, Download Policy, and Subscription & Package Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Misuse

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

  • Automated Data Harvesting: Using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or automated mechanism to access, harvest, or bulk download content from the Website or App.

  • System Disruption: Interfering with, disrupting, or circumventing the platform’s security protocols, infrastructure, or rate limits.

  • Redistribution & Reselling: Re-selling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or packaging raw, standalone photos or videos downloaded from Gluox on competing stock platforms or third-party marketplaces.

  • Unlawful Use: Utilizing any assets or our platform for defamatory, pornographic, fraudulent, infringing, or illegal purposes.

  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of the App or Website.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

  • Pricing & Billing: Subscriptions, packages, and premium content access are billed in accordance with the rates and terms presented at checkout on gluox.com or via Google Play Billing.

  • Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our Subscription & Package Policy.

  • Payment Failure: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to premium features if payment transactions fail, chargebacks occur, or billing details become invalid.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Gluox Platform IP: The Website, App, software, code, UI design, logos, trademarks, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Gluox and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Contributor Rights: All stock photos, illustrations, and videos available on Gluox remain the intellectual property of Gluox or its contributing licensors, protected under international copyright treaties.

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or terminate your account and revoke your licenses without prior notice or refund if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms or related platform policies.

  • We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or automated scraping activities associated with your account.

  • Required by legal, judicial, or regulatory authorities.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Service: The Website, App, and all stock media assets are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gluox, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform or its assets.

  • Total Liability Cap: In no event shall Gluox's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Gluox in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gluox, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or rights of another party.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Website or App after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your principal business jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
