Welcome to Gluox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gluox.com website (the "Website"), the Gluox Android mobile application on Google Play (the "App"), and all related media catalogs, download utilities, and subscription services provided by Gluox ("we," "our," or "us").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. By registering, browsing, subscribing, or downloading media through the Website or App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Associated Policies

By accessing or using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms, as well as the following incorporated policies:

  • Privacy Policy: Governing how we collect, store, and process your personal information.

  • Download & Licensing Policy: Governing the scope of non-exclusive rights, permitted uses, and restrictions on downloaded stock photos and videos.

  • Subscription & Package Policy: Governing plan tiers, recurring billing, credit allocations, renewals, and refund rules.

If you do not agree to these Terms and our related policies, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Website and uninstall the App.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase a subscription.

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

  • Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your credentials will be deemed your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [support@gluox.com] if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Prohibition on Credential Sharing: Individual accounts and subscription access are strictly non-transferable. You may not share your account across multiple independent users or commercial entities unless enrolled in an approved multi-seat enterprise license.

3. Services Provided

  • Stock Media Discovery & Retrieval: Gluox provides a search engine and catalog for high-resolution stock photography and stock video footage.

  • Cross-Platform Access:

    • Desktop Browser (gluox.com): Direct browsing, high-resolution desktop downloads, and full subscription/account management.

    • Android Mobile Application: On-the-go search, previewing, and direct local device downloads of stock media assets.

4. License Grant & Media Restrictions

  • Limited License: When you download a photo or video from Gluox, you receive a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the asset pursuant to our Download & Licensing Policy. You do not acquire copyright or proprietary ownership of the media files.

  • Strict Prohibitions:

    • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or offer raw or unmodified Gluox assets on any other stock media platform, content library, or peer-to-peer network.

    • You may not use automated bots, scrapers, web spiders, or automated scripts to systematically harvest media, metadata, or search results.

    • You may not use assets in an unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, pornographic, or hate-promoting context.

    • You may not trademark, copyright, or register any raw Gluox stock image or video as part of a proprietary business logo or trademark.

5. Subscriptions, Invoicing, and Cancellation

  • Subscription Tiers: Paid plans and credit packages unlock high-resolution, watermark-free access according to the parameters specified at checkout on gluox.com or via Google Play In-App Billing.

  • Automatic Renewal: Recurring plans renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until actively canceled.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings on the Website or through Google Play Subscriptions (for mobile in-app purchases). Your access will remain active through the end of the current paid billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital media files, refunds are handled strictly according to the criteria detailed in our Subscription & Package Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Gluox Property: All software, algorithms, interfaces, mobile codebases, logos, service marks, and proprietary site designs are owned by Gluox and protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

  • Content Contributor Rights: All stock assets hosted on the platform remain the intellectual property of Gluox or its contributing creators. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or scraping of the platform is strictly forbidden.

7. Service Availability & Termination

  • Service Modifications: Gluox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, catalog collection, or aspect of the Website or App at any time without notice.

  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke license rights immediately if:

    • You violate these Terms, our Download Policy, or our Package Policy.

    • We detect automated abuse, excessive scraping, or sharing of credentials.

    • Payment defaults, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment alerts arise.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website, App, and all media content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. Gluox explicitly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gluox, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill) arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform or media assets.

In no event shall Gluox's aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by you to Gluox within the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gluox, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors against any legal claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform or downloaded assets, or your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your principal place of registration/business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that territory.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Website or App after updates are published signifies your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
